TODAY, OCTOBER 21, 2025, THE 23RD KAZAKHSTAN INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION "ENERGY, ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING AND POWER ENGINEERING" POWEREXPO ALMATY 2025 AND THE 9TH KAZAKHSTAN INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION "NUCLEAR ENERGY AND INDUSTRY" KAZATOMEXPO 2025 STARTED AT THE ATAKENT EXHIBITION CENTER, BECOMING THE MAIN EVENTS OF THE ENERGY INDUSTRY AND SOME OF THE MOST ANTICIPATED EVENTS IN THE SECTOR.

The exhibitors included 234 companies from 17 countries such as Austria, Algeria, Belarus, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Germany, India, Iran, Italy, Kazakhstan, China, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and the Czech Republic. The geography of the exhibitions covered both domestic and foreign participants: 165 companies represented the international market, and 69 the Kazakhstani market. It is particularly important to note the 26 domestic manufacturers represented at the exhibition, as they are the backbone and drivers of the development of the national energy sector. The participation of Kazakhstani companies in such a large-scale event highlights the high level of competence of local specialists, growing production capabilities, and the ability to offer modern solutions that meet global standards. Special attention is given to promoting local production and technologies that reduce import dependency, create new jobs, and strengthen the country's economic stability. The presence of domestic manufacturers at Powerexpo Almaty 2025 demonstrates that Kazakhstan is confidently moving towards energy independence, forming a sustainable market with a focus on innovation, quality, and environmental responsibility.

The collective stands of the Republic of Mordovia, Perm Krai, Omsk Region, and ANO MosProm attracted special attention from visitors. The exhibitors also included Kaluga Region, Chelyabinsk Region, and Sverdlovsk Region. This year, the exhibition shows a 25% growth, which is reflected in the expansion of participants — for the first time, 147 companies are participating, presenting their developments and technologies in the energy sector.

The exposition brings together key areas of the energy industry — from electrical equipment and energy, heat, and gas supply systems to solutions for housing and communal services. Energy-efficient technologies, automated control systems, software, as well as the latest developments in renewable energy, lighting, and cable products are presented.
