New sources of alternative energy appeared in Astana

Self-guided system Smart flower allows you to transform the sun rays into electricity. Such unit can significantly reduce the load on capital substations, developers say.

For now there are two such devices in the form of a flower set up in the capital, located on the Ulyi Dala avenue and at the exit from the airport, noted on the website of the capital Akimat.

According to the developers, the device is made under Austrian technology. It did not require any funds from the city budget to install the know-how. Sources of alternative energy have been installed at the expense of investors.

"The unit is capable to produce two tenths kilowatt of energy and directs the energy to the urban network. Due to this energy we save electricity and, accordingly, release the load from the urban network and the city budget,” - said the project manager Rustem Kadyrov.
