Polygran Production Company (PC) was founded in December 2013 in the Vysokogorsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan. Today, the company possesses all the resources necessary for efficient operations and dynamic growth. Its core is a full-cycle, high-tech extrusion facility for producing advanced polymer compounds.

Polygran PC operates its own production facilities, covering a total area of 11,310 sq. m. The site includes a production and warehouse complex of 3,192 sq. m, a 2.1 MW power substation, a licensed water well, an administrative building, and the company’s office premises.

All production processes are fully automated, requiring just seven employees per shift.

The company operates six extrusion lines:

• Two industrial MKS-140 lines with a capacity of up to 1,400 kg/h by BUSS AG (Switzerland)

• One industrial PSHJ-95 line with a capacity of up to 900 kg/h by XINDA (China)

• Two semi-industrial BUSS and XINDA lines for recipe testing and process modeling

• One industrial TEK-51 MHS line with a capacity of up to 400 kg/h by SM PLATEK

The Polygran Compounds Plant is strategically located in Tatarstan, in the heart of Russia, which enables active cooperation with both the western and eastern regions of the country.
