RELIABLE AND INDEPENDENT POWER SUPPLY WITH MWM GAS ENGINES
For more than 150 years, MWM has been implementing innovative technologies in the field of stationary engine building and producing highly efficient gas piston generating sets. The MWM portfolio comprises three series of gas engines with an output from 400 to 4,500 kilowatts. The units can be used in distributed generation systems for the construction of both small-scale mini-CHP plants and power plants with a capacity of 100 megawatts and above. The gas engines can be operated with various types of gas, such as natural gas, associated petroleum gas, mine gas, biogas, landfill gas, sewage gas, syngas and other gaseous fuels.
The engines are designed to achieve maximum electrical and thermal efficiency, low operating and service costs, and high reliability and availability.
MWM hereby customizes the gas engine configurations and auxiliary design depending on the onsite requirements and supports its customers with comprehensive plant engineering and extended services around the globe.
MWM—whose headquarters and production facilities are located in Mannheim, Germany—has been active in Eastern Europe and Central Asia for more than 20 years. In this region MWM is represented by the subsidiary MWM Austria GmbH (located in Austria) with the support of the Branch of MWM Austria GmbH located in Almaty. Over 1,300 delivered gas engines with a total electrical output of more than 2 GW have been delivered to customers in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
