Over a 33-year period of operation, Electrosetstroyproekt JSC has transformed from a small scientific and technical organization into a large scientific and production company combining a balance of science and production.
All types of linear spiral fittings (tension, connecting, supporting, repair, insurance) have been developed, certified and produced, which are used in the construction and reconstruction of tens of thousands of kilometers of overhead lines, for all types and brands of wires for 35-750 kV overhead lines.
Linear spiral fittings in operation have shown a fundamentally higher reliability compared to pressed or bolted ones; when producing more than 2 million sets, Electrosetstroyproekt JSC did not receive a single technical complaint

Scientific activity is carried out by highly qualified personnel with not only extensive theoretical, but also practical experience in this field. The specialists of this division are members of various groups and commissions under PJSC ROSSETI for the development of regulatory and technical documentation, the issuance of expert opinions, including members of RNC CIGRE.
Testing activities:
testing of the developed linear spiral fittings for non-insulated AC wires manufactured according to GOST, for new innovative compact wires from various manufacturers, including for certification purposes at PJSC ROSSETI

The production of linear spiral fittings and protective equipment is carried out at its own production base equipped with modern equipment and employs highly qualified personnel of engineering and production specialists.
Production includes the entire production cycle from the input of raw materials to the output of finished products of high quality and reliability. The production has a high production culture, as well as a high level of quality control. All products have the appropriate certification, and the production has an ISO 9001 certificate confirming the high level of quality management.
